Xotic Boutique Return Policy
Please carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we accept returns (other than clearance and lingerie) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact within 10 business days. The clothing must be in the condition it was in before being shipped to you. This applies to any products shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.
*Lingerie and Clearance items are not eligible for exchange nor return.*

Xotic Boutique Shipping/Delivery (Local) Policy
Our customers enjoy free shipping* on domestic orders over $150. We also offer other shipping choices for expedited delivery.
We use UPS, USPS and DHL for domestic standard shipping. Next Day orders are shipped and delivered by UPS.
All orders placed before 9am EST are processed within 1-5 business days. We do not ship on nationally observed US holidays. We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to high volume during peak holiday seasons, order may take 3-7 business days for processing.
Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days, $7.00 Flat Rate*
If you live locally in the Chicago/Berwyn Area, you can elect to have your items hand delivered to you. Please send us an email to make arrangements for your products. Please also keep in mind the shipping fee and delivery fee are the same.
Next Day Air: 1 business day, Shipping rate provided at checkout.
In the event your package is undeliverable, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee. Your satisfaction is our guarantee.
